I'm on parental leave to spend time with my beautiful new miracle baby, Lilah.

I'm currently working my way through the Master LLMs course by Dan Becker and Hamel Husain. I've always had an interest in machine learning, from taking courses on it in grad school to introducing it at work whenever possible. The recent hype around AI and LLMs has reinvigorated my passion for it. The course felt like a good way to jump back into it. I also recently purchased Neural Networks from Scratch with the intention of working through it after the course. Hopefully, I actually get through it 😅.

My son, Micah, is interested in reading and is always asking for new books. I'm passively working on a project to generate books for him on the fly using generative ai. The project is still in the exploratory phase.
